Bookings for our caravan and motorhome site can be made via our on-line booking system here
On-line bookings can be made HERE for our lakeside lodges.
Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions before making your booking as making the booking confirms your acceptance of them.
Rules and Regulations for the caravan and motorhome site
- Check in is from 1pm, checkout is 11am unless a late checkout has been agreed with reception on the morning of your departure (£5 fee payable).
- There is a 2 night min stay at weekends and 3 nights on public holidays.
- The number of people allowed on your pitch is determined by the number of people booked, this must never exceed 8, visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement with us and will be strictly limited to 1 visting family per pitch.
- Puptents are limited to a single 2-man tent per pitch, a puptent is described as a 2-man tent for a maximum of 2 under 16’s to sleep in, there are no exceptions to this rule.
- Our facilities are only available to family groups and couples over 25, we do not accept bookings from non-family groups (i.e. hen and stag parties).
- Quiet time is from 11pm until 7am, noise to be kept to an absolute minimum during this time.
- Any person found to be spoiling the enjoyment of others will be asked to leave with immediate affect and no refund given.
- NO CAMPFIRES, firepits and BBQ’s are welcome.
- No domestic appliances to be used on site, electric vehicle charging via standard 3 pin plug from you caravan is allowed.
- Maximum 2 cars per pitch, All commercial vehicles and any sign-written vehicles must be kept on the car park.
- Access is not permitted to the private lodge development area.
- Visitors are restriced to a maximum of 5 at all times, persons exceeding the amount of visitors will be asked to leave immediately.
On-Line Bookings
- Bookings made via the website require payment in full at the time of booking. When booked this is non-refundable.
- We will be happy to rearrange your booking for alternative dates subject to availability within 14 days of arrival.
- Amendments made within 14 days of your arrival unfortunately cannot be dealt with.
General Park rules
- NO SWIMMING AT ANY TIME, paddling is allowed in the beach area, no lifeguards at any time are on duty.
- Please drive carefully — there is a 10 mph speed limit.
- Help keep the park tidy by using the litter bins provided.
- The playing of loud music, on any part of site, is strictly forbidden.
- People causing a nuisance and spoiling other visitors’ enjoyment, on or off the water, will be asked to leave and no refund given.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead. There are specific areas where dogs can be exercised, but under no circumstances must they be allowed on the beach areas or children’s play areas.
- No night fishing, all fish to be returned to the lake (No Keep Nets), National Road Licence Required.
- No electric scooters, bikes, or ride on toys at any time.
- The use of drones without express prior permission will result in the immediate removal from site.
- Any person found to be using illegal drugs of any nature will be immediately removed from site and the police called.
Water sports users
- Insurance must be shown before going on the water. Third-party insurance with minimum cover of £2,000,000 is required.
- Observe to basic law “board sailors and dinghies on the starboard tack have right of way”.
- Buoyancy aids should be worn.
- No powered craft or inflatable equipment on the lake at any time.
Access Statement
All entrances to buildings and services are accessible on ground level with no steps.
