Upon selecting the location you would like your lodge to be sited, you will be taken through the process by our sales manager which provides the specific options for the plot selected, including:

  • The choices of lodge
  • The lodge exterior colour options
  • The garden space
  • Driveway allocation adjacent
  • The balcony allocation
  • Upgrade options

The pricing is flexible because you can choose a standard specification or a  choose to design your own specification lodge directly with the manufacturer. This means you are in full control over the final price.

 

Buying a lakeside lodge on an active phase

1 – Choose your lakeside location

2 – Put a holding deposit down of £2,500

3 – Build your lodge infrastructure specification
You can choose the standard specification which is a single vehicle parking space, wrap around decking balcony or upgrade the size of your decking to provide a larger balcony area; have two parking spaces (tandem), have a hot tub countersunk into the balcony, the option of a small garage – all of which needs specifying directly with the agent.

4 – 14 days to reconsider
After 14 days the deposit becomes non-refundable as the infrastructure specification will be locked into the development plans and your plot is secured for you. Within 28 days you will have needed to specified your lodge – failure to have the lodge specification confirmed within this period could result in your plot being released and losing your deposit. This is because the time frame for an active phase is critical.

5 – You choose your luxury lodge and pay a £10,000 deposit
You can choose a pre-specified lodge from over a dozen different styles and specify the size option and layout you feel will best serve your needs. Alternatively you can visit the manufacturer in Suffolk to sample the variety of lodges available for the plot you’ve selected. You can even have your lodge built to your individual requirements – working with the manufacturers design team to create your own unique specification. If you choose the bespoke route the deposit increases to £20,000. Either option the deposits are non-refundable – as the lodges are built to order and once in build the order becomes the financial obligation of the park should you fail to complete.
